We wanted to learn all about Rector Law Firm and what they’ve been up to since they won a Top Rated Local award for being ranked among the top five law firms in 2018, so we took a few minutes to talk with the Office Manager, Carrie.
It was clear from Rector Law Firm’s 2018 Top Rated Local award that they know a thing or two about building a strong online reputation, and their 2019 Top Rated Local award is evidence that they also know how to maintain their reputation. When we asked Carrie what they’ve done to continue to get such great feedback, she said:
“We get reviews from people that are not even our clients. These are, often times, the result of free advice or an excellent experience from a consultation. It comes down to our clients’ experience and satisfaction with us. We take the extra steps and do the little things. We touch base with each of our clients several times a month. That way, there are always open lines of communication and complete transparency throughout the entire process.”
We also asked Carrie what it is that makes Rector Law Firm stand out, and she said:
“We are a smaller firm but, we are made up of Colorado and local (Colorado Springs) natives. It is a family business top to bottom.
