We were excited to learn all about how Custom Spray Lawn Care has been able to build such an outstanding reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Dan Warren.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Custom Spray Lawn Care stand apart from their competitors. In Dan’s words, “We’re family-owned. It’s rare with our size. You’re going to get better service. Our employee retention rate is 85 percent. We feel our high employee retention is key in providing great service.”
Building Success Through Reputation Management
We couldn’t let Dan go without finding out what he considers to be his business’ secret to success. “It’s reputation management. We think it’s important to seek reviews and follow up on reviews. We send out texts and emails asking for reviews.”
As for marketing, Dan told us he focuses on local ads in print and on the radio.
