We were excited to learn all about Dutchess Lawns and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Jay Lotaj.
Dutchess Lawns has been in business for 15 years and has been recognized for its quality and excellent service. We asked Jay what it is that makes them stand apart from other lawn care companies, and he said:
“It is the quality that makes us different, the details, and we will not oversell our customers on something that they do not need. We will address issues that need addressing. We are looking for repeat customers.”
Building Success And Giving Back
Dutchess Lawns has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Jay how they have managed to grow their business and get such incredible reviews. He said:
“I don’t ask anybody for reviews, I think they should be organic. If there is an issue, I want to resolve it. Good communication gets the job done to their expectations. We will rectify any issues to leave the customer satisfied.”
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Dutchess Lawns has spread the word about who they are and what they do by finding ways to give back to the community. Jay told us that, recently, they paid for a brick wall that a local school didn’t have the money to build. They have also covered snow plowing invoices for elderly clients. Jay said:
