We spoke with George Louvis, the marketing director at Go Organic Lawn Care, about his business’ online reputation.
First things first, we wanted to know what it is that George considers to be the Go Organic Lawn Care secret to success. “Honestly, the company is owned by three guys that treat the business like family, from customers to employees. The family aspect carries over to taking care of people’s lawns and doing right by our customers,” he said. “We also throw parties for the employees throughout the year, so the employees love what they do and make sure they take as good care of their customers as the owners take care of them. They are highly motivated to do a great job and rewarded for their service. Customers love the attention to detail.”
Making the World a Better Place By Giving Back
We asked George what he and the rest of the Go Organic Lawn Care team do to make the world a better place. He said, “We’re very big on giving back. Every year, we take a percentage of our profits and give to local charities, children’s hospitals, and veterans programs. We also pick an employee every year and help make a dream come true. One guy we have always wanted to take his family to Disney World and just couldn’t make it happen on his own; the owners came together and sent his family down to Disney World, all expenses paid.”
