We were excited to learn all about LawnWise, Inc. and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Customer Support Manager, Shanoah Turner.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes LawnWise, Inc. stand apart from its competitors. Shanoah told us that the owner, Mike Gooch, and the Sales Director, Jon Ray, are incredibly involved in the day-to-day of the business. They will talk to the customers, field any questions, and address concerns.
The staff at LawnWise, Inc. is also incredibly communicative, and a live person is there to answer calls seven days a week. Not only are they quick to respond, but they also believe in the importance of listening to and educating their clients.
