In 2006, Charles was diagnosed with cancer, and he could not go back into the profession he was in. He noticed that the two-hour drive to his treatment hurt him, so utilizing the skills he learned in a similar background while he was in the military, he decided to start a service to help people like him, needing a relaxing, comfortable ride.
