Greg Luka, the owner of Lock Doctor, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Lock Doctor apart from the many other locksmiths in Arkansas. Here’s Greg’s response:
“I’d say that we’re going to do our very best to either solve their issue or to make sure we help, even If we can’t. There are always a ton of people who are calling us with their problems, and so we’re going to do whatever we can to resolve them. So I’m putting their needs right at the top and we’re…tying to do our absolute best to take care of our customers. …Our answer is always yes. Sometimes, that means that it’s going to take a couple of hours, and sometimes that means we’re just going to walk them through how to do it themselves. [Sometimes], we can actually instruct the customer on how to take care of it and save them some money.”
