What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We invest in the community and are fair with our clientele. We want the people we serve to know what they’re going to pay even before we come out. Comfortable interactions and a generally good feeling all around are important to us.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Honesty. We’re not the cheapest, and we don’t want to be. What we want is to deliver a service that’s second to none. We stand behind our product and service, and we work to guarantee it.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?

Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We invest in our community. I want every single customer of ours to be a customer for life. Most of our work comes from word of mouth, and we’ve built up a lot of terrific business through referrals. We leverage good work and feedback to get more customers.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
The most important thing is to be honest, straightforward, and affordable. Don’t try to drive up prices. Stay steady and honest.
