First and foremost, we are focused on providing great customer service. We always make sure that all of our customers’ needs are taken care of before we do anything else.
We also never make false promises to our customers, and we always work hard to exceed expectations.
We maintain a warranty that allows our customers more peace of mind, and we always honor it. In short, we stand behind the work we do.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Our business is family owned and operated, and many of our employees are fathers and sons, too, which makes our entire business feel like family.
Although we offer the comfortable, familiar atmosphere of a small business, we offer the quality and scope of a big business.
It’s always our aim to do what’s right for our customers, and that’s why we’ve developed business relationships that allow us to sell name-brand safes for lower prices.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
With each job we do, we always strive to leave the customer with a pleasant experience and a good memory. Happy customers like to spread the word, which is why we’ll do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. Word-of-mouth, combined with our stellar reputation, is a big part of our business.
We don’t do a lot of advertising online at the moment, thanks to the quality of service we provide and our reputation, but we have dabbled in Google Adwords.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
In everything you do, customer service always has to come first, and the best customer service happens face to face.
If you treat your customers right, they’re going to remember, and if you treat your customers wrong, they’ll also remember, but they’ll make sure that everyone else knows about it, too.
