We were excited to learn all about Ethos Of Annapolis and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Spa Manager, Becky Arden.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Ethos Of Annapolis stand apart from their competitors. Becky told us about their dedication to personalized care and to fostering a comfortable atmosphere where people feel cared for:
“We very much pride ourselves on being very comfortable, very zen, and very relaxing. We truly do mean it when we say that the time that is set for the client is set solely for that client. We do everything in our power, plus some, to cater to their every need. So, it’s more than just coming in for a massage or a facial; we are here to be your friend; we’re here to hear about the struggles going on in your life. We’re here to make your entire mood better. When you leave, we want you to feel like you’re part of a family. We’re on a first-name basis with our clients. We have a lot of families, husbands, wives, and even children that come in to see us. We really go above and beyond to make sure everyone knows that they’re part of a family. They’re not just coming to get a service. They’re coming to really interact with a person.”
We asked Becky if she could share a bit about their business mission, and she told us all about the importance of self-care and taking a pause:
“Especially in today’s day and age, people work so hard. They focus so much on things that need to get done; so for us, our mission is really being able to give people an opportunity to take a pause, to put their world on hold for a minute, and to just focus on themselves. We want to give them some self-care that they might not even realize how much they really need it. We aim to really refresh and revive and renew their entire sense of self-love.”

“Consistency is key, especially if you’re trying to utilize online marketing. You have to post regularly; you have to really tailor and customize your posts to the demographic of people that you’re really trying to reach. You have to market to the clients that you already have as well as market to people that haven’t come in before. You need consistency, regular posting, really engaging posts, pictures, and little videos that really grab people’s attention.”
