What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We offer a unique approach to massage therapy that makes us stand out from other spas in Colorado. Thai massage is a healing art form that not only leaves our clients feeling comfortable and relaxed, but that can benefit our clients’ bodies, minds, souls and long-term health in many ways.
We were the first Thai spa to ever open in Colorado, and we’ve been open for 10 years now.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Unlike other spas that may offer Thai massage, we offer a truly authentic experience. Coming from Thailand originally, we have a first-hand insight into the culture and the true art of Thai massage.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We do what we do to spread the word about the amazing, healing art form that is Thai massage. Thai massage has been around for 2,500 years, and it helps people live better, healthier lives in many ways. Everyone who experiences a Thai massage wants to spread the word about their experience all over the world, and we do, too!
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Word-of-mouth, referrals and our reputation are our biggest and only sources of business.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Keep doing great work, improve your skills and master what you do. Make it a point to connect and build strong relationships with your clients. Also, encourage your customers to share their experience with your business and submit reviews online.
