Licensed massage therapist and owner of The Busy Body, Daria Jagersky, took some time to speak with us about her business’ online reputation. When we asked her about why she does what she does and what she loves about it, she said, “[Massage therapy and healing is] very intimate. [We get to] connect with someone on such a deeper level. The world is too touched deprived, and people need a safe space… Touch separation is a very serious issue.”
Focused on giving her customers a relaxing and comforting experience, Daria hires only the best massage therapists in the area. She works hard to turn each visit into an experience, utilizing aromatherapy and heated towels to make it as comfortable as possible for her customers.
Building Success Through Patience and Consistency
Daria says her business’ secret to success is, “Patience and consistency… [Building up a great online reputation] took a long time and [I] knew it was going to. Success is not just about making money, it’s about having a good reputation. Many companies see people as numbers. [It’s] about the [customer] experience…”
Daria’s advice to other businesses? “Get good staff, and they will take good care of the customer service… [One] reason for a great online reputation [is that we have a] great staff that wants to be here. If 99% [of cutomers] are satisfied, that 1% that isn’t won’t matter. Don’t worry about it.”
