We were excited to learn all about how About Time Moving Systems LLC has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Quinn Smith.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes About Time Moving Systems LLC stand apart from their competitors. Quinn told us about their hands-on approach and the fact that they believe their work is a team effort. He went on to tell us that he tries hard to take care of his team. He keeps his office at home so that he can pay his crew better. He told us:
“This is really a team effort, not just me. I have really good people that work for me, too… I also don’t believe in belittling people. I’m here to put my crew in a position to succeed.”
We asked him to tell us about their business’ mission, to which he said:
“We really want to put the customers first. We run a different operation than most. What may be a weakness for other companies may be our strength. I’ve been doing this for 20 years, and I know a little more about what a customer wants than your average moving company.”
