What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Customer satisfaction, we really care about our customers.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We are a small company and work hard to give the best value for our services. We can provide the same or better service as/than a large moving company at a much better rate!
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Our mission is to help people. A mover really is just someone helping someone do something they can’t do on their own.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Our main source of business is online, but we also partner with other companies to grow their business.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Be honest, customers really appreciate honesty. There are a lot of companies that just want to make money, and that will come naturally if you are honest and give the best customer service possible.
