We were excited to learn all about how Athens Nails has been able to build such a remarkable reputation, so we sat down with the assistant manager, Joseph Lee.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Athens Nails stand apart from their competitors. In Joseph’s words, “We have top quality products and services and create a comforting place to just relax no stress.”
When asked about the Athens Nails mission, Joseph said, “Our business mission is to provide top service for our customers, and to promote local services and business. We love contributing to the community we work in. We enjoy customers leaving feeling more relaxed and more beautiful then when they first came in.”
Building Success Through Service
Of course, we couldn’t let Joseph go without finding out Athens Nails’ secret to success. “We provide great service to the customer, and always make sure they are satisfied. We enjoy getting feedback because it allows us to handle the situation if they are not satisfied. We moved all our stuff to in-house.”
When it comes to marketing, Athens Nails focuses on promotions at the nearby university, rewards cards, and online advertising.
