What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
The easiest answer is that I put my customers first. I take pride in not only my product, but also my clients’ experience. I want them to feel comfortable and pampered from the moment they arrive.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
I take pride in my work and the experience I provide for my customers. Natural nails are a big part of my business, I don’t only care about how they look painted, but also how healthy the nails themselves are. I didn’t start my business to make a profit and go home. I started my business because I care about my customers. I personally research all of my products and I am always looking for new classes to see where the field is going.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I love to make women look and feel good about themselves, but the real reason I started Brea’s Nails was so that I could connect with my customers the way that I wanted to. One of my biggest joys in this business is the relationship my clients and I have. I love being in their lives long term. Getting to share in their beautiful life moments makes coming to work new and fulfilling every day.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Word of mouth brings in most of my clients. They love my nail art and refer me to their friends.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Focus on your customer and their experience. The foundation of a strong business is good customer relationships. Take pride in your business and invest the time needed to nurture it into everything you want and more.
