We spoke with Doan, the owner of D B Nails, about his business’ impressive online reputation.
Of course, we were particularly interested in finding out what Doan considers to be his business’ secret to success. When asked what it is that he believes sets his business apart from other nail salons in the area, Doan credited it to the overall atmosphere of the salon, as well as his team’s high level of experience. “We have a nice-looking salon, and the service is great. People love our clean and inviting atmosphere. We have a lot of experience and knowledge,” he said.
