Owner, Amy Dao, kindly took the time to speak with us about her business’ dazzling online reputation. Here’s what she had to say:
What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
I’ve been a nail technician for more than 20 years, and I love my job. I work seven days a week to make sure my customers are as happy as they can possibly be. Through all that work, I’ve formed close client relationships. I miss them and they miss me when we don’t see each other for a while. Hard work pays off both in person and online.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Our shop is incredibly clean, and people can see how diligently we work. Because of our team’s excellent customer service, clients want to come back and see us again and again. We strive for a happy, upbeat environment where our clients can enjoy themselves.
What is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I come in every single day and work hard. We really get to know our clients, finding out how their day was and learning about their lives. We also encourage honesty from our clients. If they don’t like the work we’ve done, we want to know so we can fix it.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Almost all of our business comes from word of mouth. When our clients are happy with our work, they tell their friends, who then become clients, too.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Work hard and your work will be able to speak for itself.
