We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Amy Pham, who co-owns Herbal Nails with her husband.
To kick off our conversation, we asked Amy about what makes Herbal Nails unique compared to the many other nail salons in New Hampshire. Amy told us that they are a nail salon that sticks with the basics — pedis and manis. They offer organic products for those who prefer them. Amy and the team take their time and take pride in work. When a client comes in, they don’t rush them out. Often, they refer to it as therapy, because the client comes in after a long day and can vent/chat with a very friendly team while getting their nails done
Amy went on to tell us that, without their great team, they wouldn’t be where they are today.
Building Success by Treating Everyone Like Family
Amy credits Herbal Nails’ strong online reputation to the fact that their clients are great and that they are committed to treating everyone like family. Their clients leave reviews spontaneously because they are so happy and satisfied with the service.
