Louis Lee, the owner of Luxury Nails, took some time to speak with us about his business’ tremendous online reputation.
Louis says that the key to Luxury Nails’ stand out reputation is actually pretty simple. They just do the job right the first time. “Very few people have to come back for fixes; we do your nails the right way the first time. Even if the customer chips the paint or breaks their nail, they can come back and we will fix it,” he said.
