Deanna Westover, the owner of The Nail Niche, took a bit of time to chat with us about her business’ spectacular online reputation.
First things first, we wanted to know what Deanna believed to be her business’ secret to online success. She said, “We don’t do walk-ins. We’re basically referral-only, so we want customers that have seen our work or know us personally that want to come to our salon. So, I don’t really advertise for just anybody, I want people to want to come and have our work done on them.”
She credits much of their success to repeat business from happy clients, saying “The clients know what they’re going to get. They’re coming in every two weeks. We know them, they know us, the clients know each other. It’s really a good pleasant atmosphere.”
Making the World a Better Place By Making Clients Happy
Deanna and her team spend every day making people feel beautiful. “I love making people happy and that’s a great job,” she said. “I’m happy that I’ve got that job.”
