We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Dave Ozborn, the General Manager of Mahogany Prime Steakhouse’s downtown location.
To kick off our conversation, we asked Dave about what makes Mahogany Prime Steakhouse unique compared to the many other restaurants in Oklahoma. Dave told us that it’s their hospitality and their food:
“We really focus hard on taking great care of each and every guest. We truly make it memorable and make sure they want to return. We excel in training. Of course, our food is perfect. Dave went on to add:
“We meet 15 minutes before each service starts and ask each sever what they can do to make the guests’ trip memorable tonight. That sets the tone. We all believe in what we do, and we love what we do.”

“[Our mission is] to exceed our guests’ expectations on every level, every visit. I think that a lot of places focus on cost and other things like that instead of the experience of their patrons. We focus on extreme levels of quality control with every detail on every level.”
