We were excited to learn all about how Definitive Vision LLC has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the manager, Dan Florence.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Definitive Vision LLC stand apart from their competitors. In Dan’s words, “I have carefully curated the frame brands so that they don’t look like those box-brand names. I try to have as many American-made frames here as possible. We are able to offer our patients the best of the best across the board. The office here is unique. There is a 10′ by 10′ mural that is a colorblind test. Our office itself is an experience that you will not find anywhere else.”
When asked about the Definitive Vision LLC mission, Dan said, “We take pride in creating an optical experience more than just having an eye exam. We are still competitive with the big-box stores. Our doctor has been practicing for 17 years now. I would say he is a contact lens specialist.”

Of course, we couldn’t let Dan go without finding out what he believes to be Definitive Vision’s secret to success. “I think it is all about creating a unique experience for every person that walks through the door. We build great rapport and make sure their experience is optimal,” he told us.
