Here’s just one of their many five-star reviews:

“Everyone was so nice! I’ve been there a few times, and from beginning to end, it was a great experience. If you’re looking for a warm, professional eye care visit, I highly recommend Premier Eye Care!” – J.M.

It is because of excellent reviews like this that Premier Eyecare is now able to call themselves a Top Rated Local award winner!

Not Your Average Optometrist

We were excited to learn all about Premier Eyecare and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with Jessica Welborn, Optician.

The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Premier Eyecare stand apart from its competitors. Jessica said that one of the biggest things that they focus on is investing time into every client. She said that it is important to them that they treat everyone the way they would want their own family to be treated.

Jessica said:

“We really try to do a really good job and leave an impression on our patients.”

Building Success And Giving Back

In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Premier Eyecare has been recognized in the community because of their awesome location. They have also spread the word about who they are and what they do through their charitable efforts. Jessica told us about some of the ways they give back to the community:

“Dr. Fry does annual free eye exams on Veteran’s Day for all veterans and active duty military members that don’t have vision insurance. We also participate in InfantSEE, which is a free public service for babies ages nine-months to 12-months, just to make sure everything is developing like it should… Our doctor likes to see them starting at nine months, just because he says you can get more information, and it’s basically just checking the muscles and looking for cataracts and other abnormalities, as opposed to the normal development of infant eyes. It’s a really neat program. Dr. Fry writes articles for the local papers, like our City View and Farragut Press, our town papers. He really tries to get involved in the community.”

There are many businesses out there that are looking to build as impressive a reputation as Premier Eyecare has managed to. We asked if Jessica could share any expert advice with these companies. Here’s what she had to say:

“Make sure you have a great staff, because your staff leaves an impression on your patients, and that’s what we get complimented on the most, is how great our staff is.”

Congratulations to Premier Eyecare for being a 2019 Top Rated Local award winner, and special thanks to Jessica for taking the time to speak with us!
