Not Your Average Orthodontic Care
We were excited to learn all about Alpine And Rafetto Orthodontics and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Office Manager for their Pike Creek location, Vickie Dobroski.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Alpine And Rafetto Orthodontics stand apart from its competitors. The staff at Alpine And Rafetto Orthodontics truly care about the way their patients’ smiles look, and they try to make them smile as much as possible. They even answer the phone by asking, “How can I make you smile today?”.
They have an awesome team and a handful of employees that have been there for over 30 years! Their doctors rotate to all three locations, so staff and patients can get to know all of them.
Building Success And Giving Back
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Alpine And Rafetto Orthodontics has spread the word about who they are and what they do by getting involved with the community.
The doctors at Alpine And Rafetto Orthodontics have lunches with local dentists to let them know what they do and how they can help. They refer to these as “lunch and shares,” and they are meant to educate the staff.
They also do a couple of pro bono cases every year. Alpine And Rafetto also helps with local schools and organizations by offering money off of treatment or, in some cases, free treatments.
Vickie told us that they are planning on participating in National Dog Day on Monday, August 26. The staff will bring in pictures of their furry friends to post on Facebook and will encourage others to do the same!
