We were excited to learn all about how Cardinal Pro Painters has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Account Manager, George Leon.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Cardinal Pro Painters stand apart from their competitors. We learned that Cardinal Pro specializes in painting cabinets, which means that the painting they are doing can be done in their shop as opposed to in their customers’ homes. George says that Cardinal Pro focuses on communication, both within the company and with the customers during and after every project. They want to fulfill the customers’ expectations, and they believe that constant communication is the key to that.
Cardinal Pro wants to make the process of home improvement easy and convenient for all of their customers. That includes scheduling, the quote process, payments, and the actual painting.
