“I opened on March 21, 2006, and we were able to exceed expectations. Reputation is far more powerful than a warranty. For example, we repaired a job that we’d done two years ago due to damage that was not caused by us or by any fault of the homeowner. Another big part of it is passion; we’re pretty obsessed with the business and the growth of the business. We have 30 employees, and we’re 10 short! When I have a good team like this, it lets me push harder.”
We also asked Sam what their mission is at Sam Catania Painting and how they work to make the world a better place. Sam told us that they are very involved in their community, especially with high school and grade school sports and events.
