What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We follow up and treat people how they want to be treated. We really value ethical interaction with our clients, and we go above and beyond to exceed expectations. People appreciate our hands-on approach and, in return, review us based on their experience.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We’re family-owned and -operated. We provide a much higher level of service that the larger corporations in our space cannot deliver. We’re able to deliver the individual attention our clients need, and we take pride in answering any and all questions they have, so that they can be educated on the process. The money stays local here in Colorado. We give back every single chance we get and offer a wide variety of services and pricing to our clients.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We want to take care of people’s pests and provide them with something that will really make their life better. In many ways, we’re helping people’s health, family, property, and pets.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We work with Marketing 360®! Our marketing executive contacts us on a regular basis, and we have great conversations. I’ve worked with other marketing companies before, and never had this level of service.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Don’t try to do it yourself. Focus on your business and let an expert do it for you!
