What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Before every service is completed, we make it a point to ask the client if they have any problems or concerns. Additionally, we always let the client know exactly what we did for them, and we encourage every client to write a review.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We offer a lifetime warranty for our services — no other company in the business does this. We also carry more licenses than any other company in our industry. We don’t force our clients into contracts or ask them to pay start-up fees — instead, we offer a price-lock guarantee. We also have a loyalty referral program.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We help to solve a lot of phobias that our clients have. We are passionate about helping people fix their problems. We’ll also do everything we can to ensure that our service stands out, including helping clients bring in groceries and providing coloring books for their kids.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We’ve tried SEO in the past, but we did not see an increase in sales. We do a little bit of marketing on social media, but other than that, we grow our business through word-of-mouth referrals.
