What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Accommodating our customer’s needs, being transparent with pricing and process, and providing great service have proven to be an incredibly effective way to create happy customers. Happy customers give us awesome reviews.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Beyond our unique style of business management, we go to great lengths to ensure transparency. From our open viewing grooming areas to our clear pricing and one-on-one attention, we keep our customers in the know.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Referrals make up a huge part of our business. We offer a lot of incentives for referrals. Because our business is in a visual medium, it makes sense that people see others’ pets, and if they look good, ask who the groomer is. We’ve also found that a solid Facebook presence has helped us gain customers.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Keep trying, in fact, try to do something every day for your business. Make sure to listen to what your customers want and stay as hands-on as possible in every aspect of your business.
