We were excited to learn all about Snooty Pooch Pet Spa and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Michelle.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Snooty Pooch Pet Spa stand apart from its competitors. Michelle told us a bit about their awesome working environment, and how working so closely with friends and family means they band together to take care of their clients. She said:
“I work very closely with my best friend. We have been working together for 14 years, and I also work with my sister, so we all just mesh really well. We pick up each others’ slack if a person is having a bad day, and we make sure the job always gets done well.”
When we asked Michelle about the business mission of Snooty Pooch Pet Spa, she told us:
“I want to treat the people how I would like to be treated. You never know what is going on in someone’s life. We try to treat everyone with respect and do the best business that we can do.”
Building Success Through Community Involvement
Snooty Pooch Pet Spa has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Michelle how they have managed to grow their business and get such great reviews. She said:
“We really are just a face-to-face business. People ask if they should leave feedback, which is super flattering.”

“I have become involved in the community. We all work like a family and build up the local businesses in the area. The woman I work with and I have reached out to the other animal businesses in the area to build eachother up. The historical society will come to us and ask if we want to donate something for the raffle, local church donations, and the local schools. We have a lot of customers that are business owners in the area as well.”

“My biggest thing is treating people with respect. I don’t think there is anything other than that… I think people need to be better about doing more of that.”
