We were excited to learn all about how Live Well Physical Therapy has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Matt Hilligas.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Live Well Physical Therapy stand apart from their competitors. Matt told us that they know that the rehabilitation process is not fun, so they try to make it a better experience for their patients. This small clinic offers a hometown feel and remembers and interacts with their patients beyond their treatment. Matt said:
“We use humor to make a fun environment. You work hard to feel better, and the physical therapists push you to get better, but do it individually with each patient.”
Their staff has very little turnover rate, they have employees who love what they do and stick around through the years.
