One of her patients came in with wrenching knee pain and could not climb a single step. Casey worked with her to get her back to full functionality and achieve her goal, which was to complete the Great Wall Marathon — a race consisting of 26 miles, including all of the steps around the Great Wall of China. She completed that marathon and went on to run seven marathons in seven countries in just seven days.
Building Success by Focusing on Patient Care
According to Casey, their small team’s constant focus on patient care is their secret to such a strong online reputation. They often provide hour-long, one-on-one blocks with their patients, and their patients know that their care is always the primary focus.
Outside of building a powerful online reputation, most of the growth at Select Physical Therapy has come from repeat patients who have experienced new injuries, as well as from recommendations from previous patients.
