We were excited to learn all about how Innovative Plumbing Pros LLC has been able to build such a terrific reputation, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Tiffany.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Innovative Plumbing Pros LLC stand apart from their competitors. In Tiffany’s words, “We offer free estimates; we are not pushy and salespeople; we are not going to push people to hire us; we do not charge an excessive service fee. if the budget does not allow it, we offer financing , and we do not charge interest for financing on some of these jobs. We have specialization in waterline replacements and waterline re-routes, so it’s less invasive.”
When asked about the business’ mission, Tiffany said, “We are eco-friendly, and we strive to be environmentally safe. We do sponsorships within the local community and schools and always try to give back. “

According to Tiffany, the secret to Innovative Plumbing Pros’ success is simply excellent customer service. “We take pride in running great customer service and always ask for the feedback. I am very active on Google+ and Yelp. We always reach out to the people that review us and comment,” she told us.
