We wanted to learn a little more about Loyal Plumbing and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with the owner, Kirsten Falcon.
The first thing we wanted to know was what is it that sets Loyal Plumbing apart from their competition in South Dakota. Kirsten points to how innovative the team at Loyal Plumbing is and told us that they are just getting their feet wet in the industry. They’ve set out to change the stereotype and dynamic of plumbers:
“We are taking our money and training young guys out of high school to help them get experience, and once a week, we have someone come in and train them on the code.”
