We were excited to learn all about ABC Pool & Spa Center and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Greg Letourneau.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes ABC Pool & Spa Center stand apart from its competitors. Greg told us that they are one of the oldest, if not the oldest pool repair company in the state. With that comes a lot of knowledge that they are able to use to help their customers. He told us that his grandfather opened the business and always said to provide first-class customer service and sell quality products. That is a standard the staff at ABC Pool & Spa Center hopes to live up to, to this day. They truly believe in offering service, even long after the sale.
Building Success Through The Years
ABC Pool & Spa Center has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Greg how they have managed to grow their business and get their name out. He said that they have been around for 60 years, so for the most part, they are lucky that business comes to them rather than them having to go out looking for it. He said that their secret to this success is to offer only the best in customer satisfaction.

“Being a brick and mortar business, you can’t compete against Amazon on pricing and what-not. For a brick and mortar business to survive, it really is the knowledge and service that you need in order to grow; that and service after the sale. You can’t compete on price, but you can have the knowledge and wherewithal to answer customers’ questions and give them good advice.”
