Pate’s Pool Service & Supply is a family-owned business that has been proudly serving the Indianapolis area for over 50 years.
We were excited to learn all about Pate’s Pool Service & Supply and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Kristofer Deutsch.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Pate’s Pool Service & Supply stand apart from its competitors. Kristofer told us that they try to actually help people and not just to make sales. He said that they could easily have way more business in the peak season, but then they’d have to lay their employees off in the winter, which is not good for the community and doesn’t encourage quality team members to stick with the company, so they focus on quality over quantity. This ties into their business mission, which Kristofer described to us as:
“At Pate’s, we choose not to be the largest pool company in the midwest, just the best.”
Building Success By Treating People Right
With as phenomenal a reputation as Pate’s Pool Service & Supply has earned, we were excited to learn about how they have gotten their name out and grown their business.
