What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
A big part of our online success is understanding the younger generation and being able to connect with them. We have a modern-looking website and are always willing to change and update things as necessary. I never want this company to be stagnant. I want it to grow and change as the world does.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We’re veteran owned and operated. I want my clients to know that I uphold the Marine Corps values at the highest level. Honor, courage, and commitment are my values; my clients are my priority.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I truly want to help people. After getting out of the Marines, I thought about going into law enforcement, but this seemed more personal. I seek clarity and peace of mind for the people I serve.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
I work with a lot of attorneys, insurance companies, and criminal agencies. I also reach out to a number of different offices to spread the word that I offer dependable private investigator services.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
The best advice I can give is to always make the client number one. Not everything is about the money; it comes down to building relationships and understanding client needs.
