What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
After each and every service we complete, we email our client to ask if they gave us a five-star review.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We are a unique process service firm in that we are dedicated to keeping our integrity, values, mission and vision at the forefront of everything we do. We also put a huge emphasis on respect, development, stewardship and excellence.
We’re a process service firm that truly cares, and from the policies we have in place to the people we hire, we focus on getting it right for our clients.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Most firms are in it for the money, but at Process Service and Investigations, we love what we do because we get to help clients. We especially enjoy working with clients in the legal industry.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
It was a struggle for us when we first started back in 2010. But today, our success comes from hitting the streets every day to get new clients. We’ve also built a solid online presence through our website and social media platforms, which is a must in this day and age.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
You have to be dedicated to what you’re doing, but you also have to have a strong internet presence. It’s important to have a budget set aside for SEO (search engine optimization), and when you’re just starting out, you’ll need to put a lot of money into it to get it launched.
