We were excited to learn all about City Chic Real Estate and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Director of Marketing and Growth, Lizzie Russo.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes City Chic Real Estate stand apart from its competitors.
Lizzie said that it has a lot to do with their client interaction. At City Chic Real Estate, they make sure they are part of every single part of the buying process. Their clients like the fact that they provide transparency about the process so they are completely aware of what is going on at all times. Home buying is a huge process, and one of the most important purchases you ever make. The majority of their clients are first-time homebuyers, so their staff works hard to make sure the client is comfortable, aware, and excited. They are a boutique broker that is thriving in an area that isn’t always boutique friendly. Clearly, their agents are doing something right!
Building Success And Giving Back
City Chic Real Estate has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Lizzie how they have managed to grow their business and get their name out. Lizzie said that, while they primarily utilize online resources to spread the word about their company, they always offer a personal touch to their clients.
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, City Chic Real Estate has spread the word about who they are and what they do by getting involved with the community, where they participate in a variety of charitable works. This year, they hosted a clothing donation for a local women’s shelter, called Dress for Success. They also offer first-time buyer seminars for everybody at any stage of the process and make sure their clients are very aware of first-time buyer programs in all three states. It is important for them to make sure their clients are aware of all the options available to them.
