We were excited to learn all about how JCS Realty has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Marketing Director, Kylle Scott.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes JCS Realty stand apart from their competitors. Kylle told us that their business model sets them apart; they have agents who are able to be gone all the time looking for new places and doing what they do best because they have a marketing and financial staff who is able to take care of customer service and office needs. This company deals with residential, commercial, agricultural, and investment properties, and they have specialized staff per division. She told us that it is important for them to offer transparency and honesty throughout the process.
We also asked about their business mission, which Kylle described to us as:
“[Our mission is] guiding people home. For all stages in life… we can help you find where you consider home.”
Kylle also shared:
“We employ local people that know the area and have lived here for many years. We consider ourselves to be a family; when you are a client of ours, you are a part of our family — it’s our priority you’re treated as such”

“Don’t be afraid of trying new things and thinking outside of the box. Just because things are done this way all the time, doesn’t mean that it’s the way you should always do things. We’ve seen great growth because of the risks we’ve taken. Think about how you can make things more efficient and find those specialties within your workers and hone in on them.”
