Not Your Average Restaurant
We spoke with Camilo Boada, the general manager and sommelier at Arturo Boada Cuisine, about the business’ impressive online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what sets this beloved restaurant above the crowd. “I believe what makes us different is the passion for what we do. You definitely notice it when experiencing the restaurant. There is a unique experience starting from the parking lot, all the way to the waiter or waitress,” Camilo said. “Everyone here is happy doing what they are doing, and it shows in your experience. Another key thing is keeping the customer happy in any way possible and bringing an excellent product to the table. We really focus on the attention to detail. When our visitors have any specific needs, whether it be via allergy, dietary preference, or places they like to sit, we remember. We aim to make you feel like you have been here many times, even though you may only have been here a few times at the most.”
Camilo and the rest of the Arturo Boada Cuisine team take great pride in giving back to their community in any way they can. Camilo said, “In order to have a successful business that makes the world a better place, you have to love what you do and give people a unique experience. We really love what we do here. Also, we do make donations via silent auctions in the area for medical research, animal shelters, and goodwill organizations. We like to give back.”
Building Success Through Consistent Quality
Our team wanted to know the Arturo Boada Cuisine secret to success. “Consistency and dedication to what we do is key. We will always have the same dishes, so people get used to the quality, and come back for that. Each recipe we have made a thousand times, so it never changes for the customer,” Camilo said. “Our reputation regarding the quality of food has been very strong, and our customer friendliness we believe adds to that reputation. It’s so important to smile, be present, know the people you are servicing. We run a very small and special restaurant, about only twenty tables, so we like to know everyone we get the opportunity to serve.”
This is Camilo’s advice to other businesses that want to build up their online reputation:
“Keep in mind that what you are doing should be something that you love. Do great things for others without expecting anything back. Go the extra mile because it’s the right thing to do, you’re passionate about it, and you help people. Before you know it, it will come back around. Treat people well to treat people well, not out of your own interest.”
