We were excited to learn all about Falb’s Restaurant and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Co-Owner, Dwayne Falb.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Falb’s Restaurant stand apart from its competitors. Dwayne started by telling us a bit about the personal family history of this charming, local gem:
“We’ve been in business for over 100 years. My grandfather started the business, and now, my brother and I run it.”
When Dwayne told us about their service, it was clear how important the customer is to the crew at Falb’s. He said that most people only get a half-hour break for lunch, so they are sure to offer quick service, allowing people to have fresh, tasty food and still make it back to work on time. Fast service and good food is what Falb’s is known for.

Falb’s Restaurant has earned a fantastic reputation, so we asked Dwayne how they have managed to grow their business and get their name out. He said that over the years, word of mouth has remained number one for them.
