We were excited to learn all about Fusion Kitchen and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Sai Bradeek.
Fusion Kitchen serves a variety of homemade American and Indian cuisine, and always offers healthy, unique flavors and dishes. They always offer free samples of everything that is served, so you have the opportunity to explore different dishes and get something you know you really like.

“We have four different curries; we make two that are vegan and two that are chicken. We make our food fresh every day. We use all fresh vegetables and cook every day. We also give tasters before you buy.”
