Enrique came all the way from California in 1987, where he ran traditional, Italian restaurants that made everything in-house, and in all of that time, he’s maintained his commitment to putting 100-percent of his effort into each and every dish. As a result, the customers at Main Street Cafe feel like everything on the plate was put there just for them.
Growing tired of the hustle and bustle of running restaurants in California and Las Vegas, Enrique came to Utah for an early retirement. Not long after, he fell in love with making great food all over again, and he started Main Street Cafe to provide more healthy, gluten-free options to the good people of Hurricane.
