We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Nicole Booth, Head Chef and the owner of Nico’Z Catering & Eatery.
To kick off our conversation, we asked Nicole about what makes Nico’Z Catering & Eatery unique compared to the many other restaurants in Missouri. Nicole told us:
“We don’t fry anything here! We change our menus every quarter, and we’re small enough that we know all of our customers! We have flavors from all over the world — Italian, steakhouse, Asian-influenced foods — a little bit of everything!”
Nicole went on to add:
“We’ve got a new lunch menu coming in July! We have specialty pizzas on Wednesdays — our Hump Day Happy Hour! On Fridays, we have steak and seafood by reservation only. We’re closed Sunday and Monday, so that we can cater events.”
We also asked Nicole about the Nico’Z Catering & Eatery mission and how she and her team work to make the world a better place. Nicole shared with us that she’s just trying to keep people interested in food, dining out and trying new cuisine.
