We were excited to learn all about Paizi’s Gyros Restaurant and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Hari Paizi.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Paizi’s Gyros Restaurant stand apart from their competitors. This unique, buffet-style, Greek eatery puts all of their lovely food on display. Everything is fresh, made to order, and hand-carved right in front of the customer. That means that their food offers that perfect balance of fast and delicious. They use only high-quality ingredients, and their gyro meat comes straight from Chicago. Hari said of the restaurant:
“We are deliciously different.”
Building Success Through Word of Mouth
Paizi’s Gyros Restaurant has grown its reputation and business with help from a five-star point system where people can earn free food. There are currently over 7,000 people participating in the program. Hari said that word of mouth is their most important kind of advertising.
