We were excited to learn all about Sabrina’s West Street Kitchen and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Sabrina Kelly.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Sabrina’s West Street Kitchen stand apart from its competitors. She told us:
“My staff makes all the difference. We are a little family here; the staff takes care of our customers. We don’t treat people like they are customers; we treat them like they are our brothers or sisters. Our food is great as well. It is very consistent and healthy. Nothing is prepackaged; I hand make everything.”
She went on to tell us about their business mission:
“Our mission is to offer a diverse and eclectic menu. Our products are fresh; everything is prepared and cooked to order. We want you to enjoy your visit with your companion, or make a new friend with the person sitting next to you!”
