Jeff, the owner of Table 79 Foodbar, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Table 79 Foodbar apart from the many other restaurants in Colorado. Jeff told us that the whole concept is to bring a city vibe into the mountains. They try to be really innovative and to branch out to tourists and their repeat customers. We like to be creative and have a lot of fun.”
