Not Your Average Restaurant
We were excited to learn all about Table 79 Foodbar and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Jeff.
Table 79 Foodbar brings a big-city vibe into the mountains. With its fun, hip atmosphere, it brings a whole different concept than many other local spots. Jeff says that their employees make all the difference and are 100 percent to thank for their incredible reputation. They have very little turnover and are focused on the culture of their restaurant. Employees receive full health insurance and become a part of the Table 79 family. Jeff said:
“Atmosphere is something that you cannot really put a dollar sign on. This is an exciting place to be. We try to be a humble and inviting place — not snooty. We like to be creative and have a lot of fun, and that attracts great staff.”
Building Success Through Consistency
Table 79 Foodbar has managed to build an incredible reputation, and Jeff says that is entirely thanks to word of mouth. He said that they are in a weird spot in town, so it was a challenge to get their name out at first, but word quickly spread! Now they are working towards having a strong presence on social media sites, like Facebook and Instagram.
There are many businesses out there that are looking to build as impressive a reputation as Table 79 Foodbar has managed to. We asked if Jeff could share any expert advice with these companies. Here’s what he had to say:
“Be really consistent. Each day is better than the last; every day, we want to put an experience on for our guests. It’s easy to buy someone a drink or give them a dessert. We find other ways to show customers our support… Our staff is big on building an inner community.”
